Week 2, Term 4

We had a very busy week in Room 20.

What is Oobleck?

For science we are learning about solids, liquids and gases and how they can change.  We will be going to all of the Puriri classrooms to do different experiments. Today in Room 20 we made oobleck.

Week 1 at school!

We had a very busy first week at school.  As well as learning class routines and exploring our classroom and school, we had a trip to the zoo on Thursday and soccer lessons in an inflatable field on Friday.

Room 20 School Visits

During our school visits we got to explore the school and meet some of the other children in their classrooms.  When we visited Room 8 they read us stories and we got to do a friend dance with them.

We also practiced being independent by putting our bags, brain food and drink bottles in the correct place and signing in.

Our favorite place to visit was the forest.
