The Salvation Army

Sue and Simon from the Salvation Army came in and we got to ask lots of questions about what they do. We also wrote Christmas messages in the cards that didn't sell and gave them to Sue and Simon to pass onto people who need a little more Christmas cheer.

$695!!!

We did it! The shop was a huge success. We had lots of customers and made lots of money for our charity, The Salvation Army.

Room 7s Salvation Army Shop!

We have a charity and a shop name (the class thought it was very important to have a name for the shop).

Our Room 10 buddies did some research and found some different charities for us. We voted and chose the Salvation Army.

We've been very busy working with lots of experts to learn how to make different crafts.

YES! Toni said yes!

Mr Barker wasn't at school today so we sent our video to Toni. She came and told us that she thought  the idea was great and we could sell the things we make at school.

Look how excited we are now!

Measurement - Capacity

We made paper cups then we estimated how many cups of different maths equipment would fit into different size containers. We worked with buddies and had turns measuring and counting.
