Chinese Jump Rope (Elastics)
We made up our own routines and a friend videoed us on the iPad. This is the first time we have used the video so we will be reflecting on what we can do to make our videoing better.

DeleteWe watched some on the tv and Nikki showed us some jumps. We practised lots. No it is not hard. We can teach you if you like.
