Celebrating Great Work
Amelia recieved her certificate for being resilient when practising writing numbers correctly. Georgia recieved her certificate for being a responsible student who is a good listener and very helpful.

I think celebrating when you've done a great job is an awesome idea. It is the pay-off for all your hard work and all your hard "trying."
